So I've not been doing as well on posting, got a bit sick and well, just didn't do a good job of meeting my goals. I've had some more trouble with the shortness of breath and the wheezing and heart pain, so I'm pretty sure its all Cardio, after the visit to the Lungs doctors didn't turn up anything useful. Seem to be on the receiving end of life's abuse stick of late.
I often wonder where I went so wrong.
I need you all to help me though, my strength is the strength of my family and friends.
